Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  Can I bring someone to my appointment?

A: I ask that you come by yourself as there is limited space available in the new studio.

Q:  Where do I park?

A: Parking is available in the gravel lot behind the building. Please find the designated space.

Q:  Do I have to have valid Photo I.D.?

A: Yes. This is to protect you, as well as Jenna Falk and the establishment against any false claims.

Q:  What if I don't feel well? Should I still come to my appointment?

A: Please DO NOT attend your tattoo appointment if you are not well.

Please contact Jenna ASAP at

431-400-9400 to reschedule, or adjust your appointment with the links provided in your appointment confirmation email.

Q:  Do I need a consultation before a tattoo appointment?

A: Not as long as you are clear and concise about what you are looking for.  With the booking tool, there will be a form to fill out where you can leave me as much information as you wish about your upcoming tattoo design. Please keep in mind, Jenna asks for creative freedom with designs as she specializes in her own unique watercolor abstract style.

Q:  Why do I need to leave a deposit?

A: Your deposit will be used to hold the tattoo date as reassurance that you are serious about a booking. If you show up to your appointment, the deposit will be taken off the final session price.  If you are coming in for a continuation piece, your deposit is removed at the final session.

Q:  Why do you need a drawing fee?

A: Drawing fees are a small payment that goes towards the design process. Sometimes this is the bulk of the tattoo experience that goes unseen. Jenna spends hours designing every detail of each piece, to make sure it is custom and unique to you!

Q:  If my appointment starts at 9:30am, am I charged from then, or only when the tattooing begins?

A: Your session begins at the slotted appointment time, with a few minutes waived for paperwork.

You are then on the clock for your session.

The only exception is for tattoos scheduled for 4 hours or more, as they will have a mandatory 45 minute lunch break off the clock.

Q:  What is included in my tattoo session time?

A: Your session time includes paperwork, preparing your skin with soap, shaving, then an alcohol wipe,  and stencil cream. The stencil is then placed, which needs time to fully adhere and dry before the tattooing can start. After about 10-15 minutes of drying time, the tattoo will commence. Once the tattoo      is completed, you will receive bandaging and aftercare instructions as needed. Payment is required upon completion.

Q:  What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Cash, Debit, Mastercard, Visa, GPay, Apple Pay and E-transfer.

Please be aware, if paying by E-transfer, you may be asked to stay in studio until payment has been completed.

Q:  Can I still get my tattoo or piercing on a sunburn?

A: No. The skin that is receiving the procedure must be free of damage from sun exposure. You will need to hydrate, moisturize, and re-schedule your appointment. If you are burnt within 48 hours of your    appointment, you will be charged 50% of your tattoo price due to short notice re-scheduling, and will  need to leave another deposit.

Q;  How much notice do you need to re-schedule?

A: A MINIMUM of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule a tattoo or piercing appointment.

Failure to do this will result in a loss of deposit, as well as a balance of 75% of your session price.

You will not be able to rebook until the balance has been paid, and a new deposit has been made.

Legal action will be taken against those who refuse to pay the balance.

Q:  What can I do to make myself comfortable for my appointment?

A: You are welcome to bring a pillow, blanket, snacks, headphones, etc.... to keep you comfortable and   distracted during your session. Jenna prefers to listen to music during sessions, as she loses focus with excessive conversation.

Q: Are touch-ups free?

A: No. Touch-ups are offered at a discounted price of only $50 within 1 year of your last appointment for that tattoo. Touch-ups booked after 1 year will be charged hourly rate.

Your touch-up appointment is a maximum of 30 minutes. If there is significant damage to the tattoo, or if the tattoo is quite large and more time is needed, you will be charged hourly rate.

TINY TATTOO (event) touch-ups have never, and will never be offered for free as those tattoos are already greatly discounted.
